4 elements to add in your cold email.
These four elements are not the entire email content but parts of it.
π Create Attention
The first thing which catches anyoneβs eye is your subject line.
You need to have a compelling subject line so the user actually opens your email.
Tips to build a good subject line:
Keep it short (less than 70 characters)
Add a question
Add personalization
Example: Hey John, this management tool is used by millions of users
π Create interest
Once they open your email, you need to keep their interest intact.
How?
You tell your story in one line.
Tell your accomplishment, goal and vision.
Example: After 100s of survey feedback from the IT industry, we stand with 5 million people who use this tool at present.
π Create Desire
Now you need to build their desire to invest their time in your company.
So mention who you are currently working with;
How much funding you have got;
Your top achievement so far
Example:
Over 5 Global MNCs have partnered with us
Exposing us to over 500 million users
With the growth rate of over 50%, we have currently sold approx $500 million worth memberships.
π Encourage Action
Now is the time to ask your desired action from them.
Is it a call? Or an in-person meeting?
Whatever your product needs will be displayed in this section.
Example: Would you be interested in a free trial of the product?
If you need a template of this cold email approach, DM me and I will send it to you right away. Itβs absolutely free π
